Weekly Report On Teaching Practice Weekly Report - 1 [18/11/2019 to 22/11/2019]                               My second phase teaching practice has commenced on 18/11/2019. As it is the first day, I reached at 8:30 am in the school. I met the headmaster of the school and gave the letter. After reading it, she had introduced me to the other teachers. I had an informal talk with them. My option teacher gave me the portions for covering. She introduced me in her IX-A  class. All the children were very happy after seeing a new teacher. She had given me the time table of IX -  A.Twenty children were there in the class. I introduced myself and asked their good names. Children were very friendly .I started with "The jungle air crash" .First two, three days I could not complete my lesson plan on time. It took time for understanding the level of the children.   CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME Children's disrespect towards elders and society                                                            Disrespect is  all about not showing respect. Actually it's about showing the opposite of respect, by acting rude , impolite and offensive. Talking back to your teacher is showing disrespect for her authority. Not giving up your seat to an elderly person is an act of disrespect. so is ignoring the customs and culture in a foreign country.
