INNOVATIVE WORK REPORT INTRODUCTION An innovative work can be defined as a " new idea, device or method". It is something original and more effective and as a consequence new that 'breaks into' the pupil . Two interesting dimensions of innovation including degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth . Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate. It is necessary to create and nurture an environment of innovation. Weekly Report On Teaching Practice Weekly Report - 1 [18/11/2019 to 22/11/2019]                               My second phase teaching practice has commenced on 18/11/2019. As it is the first day, I reached at 8:30 am in the school. I met the headmaster of the school and gave the letter. After reading it, she had introduced me to the other teachers. I had an informal talk with them. My option teacher gave me the portions for covering. She introduced me in her IX-A  class. All the children were very happy after seeing a new teacher. Actually it's about showing the opposite of respect, by acting rude , impolite and offensive. Talking back to your teacher is showing disrespect for her authority.
